GoHighLevel setup around the way you work.
Bring the essential parts of your GoHighLevel account together around how your business actually works. Start with the journey, then configure the tools that support it.
You are starting with GoHighLevel, moving away from disconnected tools, or need a clearer structure for your team.
A focused scope.
A connected result.
The right scope starts with your current setup, your team's needs and the journey you want to improve.
Map the journey
Define where enquiries arrive, who owns each next step and what a useful pipeline needs to show.
Configure the essentials
Plan the contacts, pipeline stages, forms and calendars included in your agreed scope.
Connect the follow-up
Give the important moments a clear trigger, action and stopping condition.
Test and hand over
Walk through sample journeys, document the setup and make responsibilities clear for the people using it.
Your proposal sets out the fixed project price, deliverables, access requirements and timing. Software and usage charges are separate; ongoing work can be covered by a support plan or hourly assistance.
Example outputs.
The quote names which outputs are included, how far they extend and how the work will be checked.
A journey and ownership map
A shared view of enquiry sources, pipeline stages and the person responsible for each next step.
Configured account essentials
The contacts, pipeline, forms, calendars and workflows in your scope, with phone, A2P registration and the email sending domain configured.
Testing, training and documentation
Agreed scenario checks, a team training call, a recorded Loom walkthrough and a PDF manual explaining the setup.
How we check the agreed work
Walk through agreed test enquiries and bookings. Check the contact record, ownership, pipeline updates and relevant follow-up or stopping conditions against the expected behaviour, then record the results and handover responsibilities.
A setup your team can follow.
Imagine an appointment-led business receiving enquiries through its website. This map connects the records, responsibilities and handovers before configuration begins.

- A sample enquiry reaches the intended record and owner.
- An existing contact follows the agreed matching rule.
- A booking or cancellation leaves a clear next action.
What your team takes forward
The agreed stage definitions, ownership rules and operating notes. Decide who maintains forms, calendars and assignments when the process changes.
This fictional example covers one journey. The actual forms, stages, permissions, messages and booking arrangements are agreed for your account; migration and additional journeys need their own scope.

scope the work.
- Your current tools, whether a GoHighLevel account already exists, and who manages it.
- An example of how an enquiry becomes a booking, including where the process gets stuck.
- The people using the setup, the information they need and the next steps they should own.
Agree these
separately.
- Additional locations, sales processes or journeys beyond the agreed setup.
- Migration or data cleanup, and additional connections beyond the agreed setup.
- New requirements and ongoing assistance beyond the build guarantee; platform, registration and usage fees are separate costs.
Questions before you begin.
Do I need a new GoHighLevel account?
A new account is not always necessary. The starting point depends on what you already have, how it is structured and what needs to change.
How is a setup project priced?
The pricing page lists our setup range and delivery window. We agree a fixed price for your forms, calendars, workflows, connections and handover before work starts. Platform subscriptions and usage charges are separate, with monthly support and hourly assistance available afterwards.
What does the build guarantee cover?
For six months from handover, if something we built breaks or stops working, we fix it free. You do not need a support retainer for those fixes. New features and changes to the agreed scope are separate work.
Can we start with one part of the business?
Yes. A clearly defined journey can be a useful first scope. Decide what success looks like for that journey before expanding the setup.
Start with a clearer brief.
Before you build a customer workflow
Plan a customer workflow with clear triggers, owners and stopping rules. Use a worked enquiry example and test checklist before building in GoHighLevel.
