Keep two kinds of leads organised.
CastroBros needed to manage business-facing opportunities and consumer service requests within a lead distribution model. Each required useful qualification details, clear pipeline stages and an organised route to the next action.
The account structure also needed to distinguish HQ responsibilities from vendor-side lead handling. The project combined an HQ build with an Exclusive Vendor template that could be reused for future vendor accounts.
A main path. Clear routes for exceptions.
The architecture separates business enquiries from consumer requests while giving HQ a consistent way to organise qualification, routing and lead delivery. A separate template prepares the vendor side for future account creation.
