Keep candidate progress clear at every stage.
Relentless Energy needed to manage applications, screening calls, interviews and hiring within a more structured recruitment process. Tracking progress and assigning recruiters were difficult without a consistent view of the candidate journey.
The project used GoHighLevel pipelines, workflows and quiz-based screening to organise those stages. Scheduling and communication could follow defined paths, while the team recorded the hiring outcome after interviews.
A main path. Clear routes for exceptions.
Candidates move from intake into screening and, when they meet the screening criteria, interview booking. After the interview, a team member manually records whether the candidate is hired or rejected.

After: the connected process
Candidate enters
An ad form or manual entry creates the starting point and sends a screening scheduling link.
Screening call
A booked screening triggers notifications and recruiter assignment. Call responses are recorded in a GoHighLevel quiz.
Interview booked
Candidates who qualify through screening receive an interview link, with confirmations and internal notifications.
Hiring outcome recorded
After the interview, the team manually updates the candidate as hired or rejected.
Onboarding begins
Hired candidates receive documents, a SalesRabbit invitation and a survey for additional information.
Does not progress through screening
Quiz-based scoring and filtering distinguish candidates who do not move on to interview booking.
Interview no-show
No-shows are tracked and handled through a recovery workflow.
The pieces behind the process.
